Well now, Cole and Jamie are just too cute. College friends? Acquaintances? Secret crushes? Yes, all of the above. Now they are adults and the gloves are off – literally.
They were back in each other’s lives at the right time. Both personally and professionally. Even though she was wary of Cole, Jaime showed her vulnerability to him. I think this is what helped Cole loosen the reigns on his emotions. He is so business focused, that he’s losing his human side.
Great novella and it just shows how the Christmas spirit brings out the best in everyone.
