This novella hit the spot.
The characters were quirky and fun, a little intrigue to keep it spicy, and a happily ever after that was needed.
Kyran and Lucie are hot like fire. The fact that she had ZERO hesitation in defending him, speaks to both his and her character.
Nice little short story. Loved it.
