Book Blurb:
Curvy accountants aren’t supposed to get happily-ever-afters… Are they?
An accountant by day, a popular romance bookstagrammer by night, I dream of my own happy ending. So when my boyfriend says he loves me, I’m ecstatic. I’m closer to my own happily ever after. Cue the wedding epilogue!
But no.
Three months later, he takes me to a romantic restaurant on my birthday, dumps me and evicts me from our home to make room for his fitness influencer girlfriend! Thankfully, my best friend’s brother, Nicholas Lasker, offers to let me crash at his gorgeous mansion. I return the favor by pretending to be his girlfriend to stop his baby-crazed Hollywood parents from sending him models to knock up—wait a minute…
Did I just fall into a romance novel?

Review:
The Lasker bros are back!
I really do enjoy this group of siblings.
This is Nicholas’s story and what a ride. He IS the perfect boyfriend. Too bad Molly can’t trust him or herself.
I understand Molly’s trepidation when it comes to Nicholas. She’s been told all her life how she’s just not good enough or she’s 2nd best at everything. So even when something good happens to her, she is waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Nicholas and his family put their preverbal arms around her and try to give her the confidence and love she so desperately needs. At the end of the day, though, you have to believe in yourself. I think that ultimately s what this story is about. The question though, is if Nicholas’ love and his trust in THEM is enough.
We got more of the Lasker moms this book and that was INTERESTING.
MVP Character: Cody
I feel like I need to clone him.
