I knew this book was going to be emotional. I had to carve out some time so I could fully concentrate on Jessica and Q’s story because I KNEW I was going to need it. I was right.
It’s kind of like what if Romeo and Juliet didn’t actually die and found each other again after years apart. Would their love be the same, would THEY be the same? Would they be able to get back to THEM? That is the journey that Jess and Q have to go through while also trying NOT to get killed.
I don’t want to spoil anything but WOW, what a story. Everything is coming to a head with the Phoenix group and I have a sneaking suspicion that there are more surprises in store.
MVP Character: Mitch and Ty
I couldn’t really pick between the two in this book, so they both get the honor.
