Book Blurb:
Another pulse-pounding Renegades book from New York Times bestselling author Skye Jordan!
Cameron Riggs never set out to be a stunt man. Renegades was meant to be a pit stop on the way to his next “real” career, but eighteen months later he’s still there, searching for the brotherhood he’s always wanted. One he didn’t find in the military or the Los Angeles fire department, which he quit after his painful breakup with the love of his life, Faith Sutherland. His parents want him to return to Maine so they can retire, and when Faith is thrown back into his life like a grenade, Cam thinks maybe Maine is exactly where he should be, brotherhood or not.
Faith, a decorated officer with the LAPD, is slated to become the youngest female sergeant in the history of the department. Maybe then her father, a retired cop, will be proud of her. She hopes that approval will fill the void created by the worst decision in her life, one that has left emotional and physical scars. Currently on light duty, dying a slow death of boredom, she takes a job as a movie consultant. And now she has a new problem — the stunt team working the film is the Renegades, which means she’ll be working closely with her ex, Cameron. And that means keeping a lid on the dark secret she’s been holding all this time.

Review:
All I can say, is get the tissues ready.
Cameron and Faith are destined to be together, but they keep getting in their own way. This book was written with raw emotions that just leap off the page. They both are at a turning point not only in their personal lives, but also in their careers.
This was a great read. Very emotional, but not too heavy where you’re bogged down with sadness. It’s more of feeling these two characters truly trying to overcome their past and grab happiness, but spending so much energy trying to protect themselves that they keep messing up.
The ending made me cry, but I would have been mad if it didn’t.
Great addition to the series.
MVP Character: Taylor
Everyone should have a Taylor in their lives.
