Review:

Well, Sparrow does not match her name at all. This young lady might look delicate, but she is not delicate at all. She literally is fighting for her life throughout this story. And even though you know that Breck is not just the Playboy Prince he plays on paper, I was pleasantly surprised at how Princely he really was.

Book 2 of the Tattered Royals series let’s us get to know more of the Kannon’s security family and a little bit more insight into the Waterford Royal family. As much as I enjoy a great and strong female lead, I really liked misunderstood Breck. He seemed so lonely and I was rooting for them as a couple pretty much after the 2nd chapter.

The story is fast paced and the action never stops, even in the quiet moment between the main characters, there is a sense of urgency like something could happen at any moment.

I look forward to the next installment in this series.

MVP Character: Roman

Although he doesn’t have alot of scenes, I found myself drawn to him and what he things he left unsaid.
