Another hit from A.C. Arthur.
The Last Affair is the 3rd book in the Fabulous Gold series and what can I say, these books just keep getting better and better.
Maurice and Desta are co-worker/friends, who surprisingly become lovers. I say surprisingly, because neither of them saw it coming.
These two have been holding on to their past failed relationships like a shield. A surprise meeting at a ski resort starts the journey of healing and permanent changes in their relationship.
This is a super sexy and easy to read story. Very emotional with a little bit of drama thrown in. I am enjoying the series.
