This book had so many secrets.
I must say I thought it was a little naïve of Charlotte to believe she could return to her hometown and NOT run into her old lover and NOT have him find out that she has his son. After I got over that, it was a good read.
This is a Harlequin Desire and it’s written like a Harlequin Desire novel. For me, there is some comfort in knowing how a book will eventually end. There won’t be alot of strife, just a few uncomfortable days or glossed over weeks, before the couple has a HEA.
This was a good few hours of reading.
