The first book in The Knight Brothers series features Sebastian and Ashley. They have been estranged for about 8 years and “re-unite” due to the death of a family member. The characters are intriguing, especially the brothers. I wasn’t too keen on Ashley because she kept holding the past over Sebastian’s head, even after he apologized and she “claimed” she accepted his apology.
I did enjoy the story line in finding out who was sabotaging the company and how that played a role in the current family situation. For the first book of the series, to me, it really set up the future books well.
Favorite Scene: Chapter 11
Jonathan really is clueless…smh.
