These men and women in the Wilde world are awesome!
In the first book, I wasn’t really feeling Simon, but boy was I wrong about him.
Simon is a brash, no nonsense, ex-Navy Seal who sees what he wants and goes after it. Gwen is the small town girl that made it big, She loves her new life, but still thinks about her first love. These two were explosive from the beginning.
I’m enjoying this series a lot. One of the reasons is the main characters know each other. For Simon and Gwen, they are each others first love. Other than catching up on their present day lives, they fell back into their old routines. The KNOW each other, regardless of how they ended the first time.
I enjoyed their journey and was actually surprised by who the stalker was. I actually didn’t see it coming which made the reveal THAT much more shocking.

This chapter changed my mind about Simon. Kudos to the author for showing me the error of my ways.
