What I enjoyed the most about this story is the characters were really good friends and the fake engagement did not change that. For the most part, they were honest with each other about their feelings. Granted they kept some things to themselves, but that’s just human nature to try and protect yourself from hurt.
I would have liked a little for character development with Bianca’s character. We knew her marriage wasn’t the fairy tale everyone was lead to believe and she had some trust issues, but I don’t really get a sense of her as a person, other than being a dedicated mother.
Overall I enjoyed the story.
